About the project
This isn't a van rental.
It's a reset button.
The Loop Project was born from a simple question: why does reconnecting with nature — with the people we love — require so much friction?
Van life is romantic but demanding. Weekend getaways feel scripted. And the places that truly move us — the quiet lake at dawn, the hidden trail, the farm with the best cheese you'll ever taste — they're hard to find if you don't know where to look.
So we're building something different. A beautifully restored vintage bus, electrified for the future, paired with an AI copilot that knows the land like a local. You pack your bags, turn the key, and the Loop takes care of the rest.
No maintenance headaches. No itinerary stress. Just curated slow travel through the most beautiful corners of Estrie, Quebec — for you, your partner, your kids, and your dog.
The vision
Regenerative Travel
Zero-emission electric drives through landscapes that deserve protecting. We partner with local farms, artisans, and conservation efforts to ensure every Loop gives back more than it takes.
AI That Serves the Moment
Our AI copilot doesn't replace spontaneity — it enables it. Real-time awareness of weather, terrain, local events, and hidden spots means every drive feels like discovery.
Rooted in Estrie
The Eastern Townships of Quebec are a tapestry of lakes, hills, covered bridges, and farmland. We know these roads because we live here. Every route is handcrafted with local love.
For Families, Not Just Adventurers
The Loop is designed for the real world: kids who need space, pets who need fresh air, and parents who need to remember why they fell in love with life in the first place.
The founder
Anton Iancu
A technologist, generalist, and father who traded cloud infrastructure for foggy mornings. After years building in the digital world, Anton is channeling his passion for beautiful experiences into something you can feel with your hands, breathe in with your lungs, and share with the people who matter most.
The Loop Project is his family's second van chapter — this time electrified, AI-augmented, and built for everyone.
